ART FROM THE HEART

Art From The Heart is a 2-2.5 hour workshop centred around self-discovery and team-building to promote self-exploration, relaxation and focus.

Art Therapy is one of the most effective ways to access the benefits of mindfulness and ensures participants walk away with personal development actions and outcomes.

Art From The Heart is about self awareness, self compassion and delivers strategies to calm, whilst empowering individuals to be more self aware. If you are feeling stressed, if you rarely find time to just  sit with yourself quietly or if you need some tools to calm and focus yourself this workshop is for you. Jane’s session will guide teams and individuals to find mental freedom while unlocking their creativity and spending some time quietly with themselves.

This workshop is fun and incorporates art (although you do not need to be arty), music and readings. It will assist you to appreciate the importance taking time for yourself and is great way to learn about Mindfulness and start to think about ways to incorporate it into your life.
